GWlink blends the best of a GIS, a Python notebook and a modelling GUI. The model is built on a real map, and each action in the interface becomes a named step that can replay the whole model.

The whole model becomes a flopy notebook

Every action in the interface lands in the model's script as a named step. Generate notebook turns those steps into a flopy notebook and Run all executes it on the embedded kernel, outputs and plots inline. The same model, reproducible outside GWlink.

Open the 3D view, pick the two ends and the section appears, water table against the terrain. Models and their errors are spatial, and the cut is how you see what the model is doing.

Click an iteration on the convergence chart and the cell with the largest error lights up on the map. Elsewhere that is an afternoon reading the listing file by hand.

GWlink is an AI ready modelling GUI, designed from the start to be operated by agents. Type a request on your phone, halve the recharge, and the agent drives the real interface on your desk. It edits the package, writes the files, runs MODFLOW and reports back once the model converges, with the new heads on screen.
